Responsibility

Yamishuk is in the business of group meals and tastings, but it does not deal directly with “food”, is not a manufacturer or seller of food, therefore has no control and/or responsibility for the food purchased, its quality, production, freshness, kashrut, etc. In addition, Yamishuk is not responsible for the food components that include allergens and each participant must verify the food components with the restaurant itself and the restaurant with the participants themselves.

Changes

  • The range of options on the tasting page changes from time to time and the website is updated according to their changes.
  • Yamishuk does its best to offer foods that are always in stock. There are situations where products are missing and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience caused.
  • The tastings shown in the picture cannot be exchanged for another food/product. As well, the products that appear on the tasting page belong to specific stores and it is not possible to receive products from any other stores.

Expiration

The Yamishuk card is valid for six months from the date of purchase. If you don’t finish the tickets the first time, you can always come back another time with the remaining tickets *up to six months from the date of purchase.

Card Pick Up

The Yamishuk cards ordered on the website will be waiting at the pick-up point in the Mahane Yehuda Market – Hadaria, 61 Etz Ha’im St. and can be picked up during the opening hours of the store (every day from 09:00-20:00, Friday until approx two hours before Shabbat). When picking up your card, please show the order confirmation received by email.

Refunds / Cancellations

You can cancel the transaction and get a full refund according to the Consumer Protection Law (1981). Tickets that have already been collected and used in any way cannot be returned. There are no refunds for unused, lost, partially used or expired tickets.

We may also disclose your personal information if required by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our users or others.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of those websites before providing any personal information.

Children’s Privacy:

Our website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
